Start with the event and its destination
A destination request begins with an invitation to a real, hosted occasion. Send the city, venue, host, event date and the parts of the itinerary where you would like company. A wedding weekend may include several separately hosted events, each with its own guest policy.
The primary service region is the New York metropolitan area. Travel outside it is considered individually and requires clearance of the specific destination before acceptance. Do not buy travel for the companion or assume a destination is available before receiving confirmation.
Separate lodging and independent travel
The arrangement requires separate hotel rooms and independent transportation. It does not include hotel-room companionship, shared lodging or romantic travel. Agree the public meeting points and the time allocated to each hosted event.
Travel days, event hours and free time are different parts of an itinerary. A ceremony and reception on one day do not automatically include meals or outings on another. The written quote identifies the agreed scope and approved expenses.
Make the itinerary specific enough to quote
Provide the schedule for the ceremony, reception, welcome event and any other hosted gathering. Include venue changes, attire requirements and the expected end time. Confirm that every event where the companion will attend permits your additional guest.
The New York starting fee does not describe a destination package. Destination professional fees begin at $5,000, with approved expenses and dedicated travel or hold days charged separately. The written quote itemizes the scope and costs before payment; complete rates and the payment schedule are public on the pricing page.
Florida service planned for 2027
A Florida expansion is planned for 2027. Florida is not currently offered as a standard local service region, and no specific launch city or opening date is announced here.
A current request for a hosted Florida occasion follows the same individual destination review as any other event outside the primary region. A planned expansion does not itself establish availability for your occasion.
